COLLECTIONS, CREDIT, and CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

One of the biggest challenges for the business manager is maintaining adequate cash flow.  This challenge is made more difficult by the failure of some customers to timely pay obligations for goods already shipped or work already performed.

This office seeks to assist in the collection of debts.  The first requirement the office has for the client is to maintain a Company Counsel arrangement with the firm.  This allows the firm to assist in drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, and designing credit approval procedures so that bad debts are reduced (can they ever be eliminated?)
